MEAT SKEWER OVER AN OPEN OAK WOOD FIRE. IN A TRADITIONAL TURKISH
STONE OVEN, WE BAKE AUTHENTIC LAVASH FLATBREADS AND SERVE IT
ACCOMPANIED BY FRESH LETTUCE AND FRIES FRIED IN BEEF FAT.
AT NINJA, WE INTENTIONALLY BAKE SOURDOUGH BREAD BECAUSE IT CONTAINS
MORE B-VITAMINS, FACILITATES BETTER MINERAL ABSORPTION, HELPS
CONTROL BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS, AND IS ALSO BENEFICIAL FOR THE
DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.
