Patisserie Manus

With a backpack full of experience at chocolatier Delrey, bakery Van Hunsel, Dellafaille and André, Herman Janssens founded Patisserie Manus in 1993. He took over the then still cold bakery on Bredabaan and turned it into 'his Manus', a place where crisp fresh pistolets, fine patisserie and chocolate creations are made daily with passion for the trade. The three core values from the beginning have remained unchanged: pure craftsmanship, top quality and 100% home-made.
